There is no email address or phone number for this site, and no form. Anything about a Big Daddy Game account has to go to the platform itself.
Account problems: the platform's own routes
- Forgotten password or locked account: the Contact customer service button on the login screen, as the forgot password page describes.
- Deposits, withdrawals and game results: the Customer Service entry in the home header. Only the platform can see a transaction.
- Questions about the sign-up form: hold your phone beside the register guide and check the boxes match before asking anyone.
A step on this site no longer matches the screen
Screens change. Pages are re-read against the platform now and then and corrected; until that happens, the platform is right and this site is wrong.
Fake support
Be wary of anyone who messages you first, asks for your password or charges to unlock an account. The platform's own routes are the two listed above; this site has none.
Account help comes from the platform's own customer service, not from this site.
