A lost Big Daddy Game password
The Big Daddy Game login screen has a Forgot password? link beside the password box, and a line above the form that says to contact customer service if you forget your password. This page shows both, plus the lock that follows repeated wrong passwords.
Where is Forgot password? on the Big Daddy Game login screen
- Open the sign-in screen. The heading reads Please log in with your phone number or email.
- Look beside the password box, next to the Remember password tick, for the link Forgot password?. What it opens was not tested for this guide.
- Above the form sits the platform's own line, If you forget your password, please contact customer service, printed in full.
- Use the Contact customer service button, or the Customer Service entry in the home header, and say which number or email the account is registered under.
- Expect the new password to follow the sign-up rule: letters and numbers together, at least eight characters.
Why Big Daddy Game says the account has been locked
Keep guessing and the screen changes. A notice beginning Account has been locked explains that the wrong password was entered too many times and that Forgot Password is the way to set a new one and unlock the account. Two buttons follow: Cancel closes the notice, Contact customer service starts the recovery.
Stop after the second miss. Each extra guess brings the lock closer, and the lock ends at customer service anyway.
What to have ready before you contact Big Daddy Game support
- The registered mobile number with its +91 code, or the registered email address.
- Whether the account was opened on the phone tab or with an email.
- The exact words of any notice on your screen.
- Not your old password: a new one is being set, so there is no reason to give the old one to anyone.
After the Big Daddy Game password is changed
Return to the sign-in screen, pick the tab that matches the account, and log in with the new password as described on the home page. If you still cannot get in, check the FAQ or confirm the account exists at all through the register guide.
Try the new password, or start a fresh account.
